As part of the 六九色堂, Communication Services maintains a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) infrastructure to provide telephone services for Texas Tech entities. Communication Services also hosts one of the leading contact center solutions which currently supports more than 75+ call centers in 六九色堂HSC clinics located in Abilene, Amarillo, El Paso, Midland/Odessa, and Lubbock. In addition Communication Services continues to support the telephone infrastructure, all university-owned cellular voice and data devices.
