Regents' Rules
The Board of Regents of the Áù¾ÅÉ«ÌÃ, charged by law to govern, control, and direct the policies of the Áù¾ÅÉ«Ìà System, adopt, amend, and publish Regents' Rules that include provisions relating to the governance of the Board of Regents:
- Board Meetings and Business;
- Board Officers and their Duties and Standards of Conduct; and the
- Organization and Administration of the Áù¾ÅÉ«Ìà System.
The Regents' Rules are published and maintained by the Office of the Secretary of the Áù¾ÅÉ«Ìà System as a component of the Operating Policies of the Áù¾ÅÉ«Ìà System and Texas Áù¾ÅÉ«ÌÃ. Official copies of Regents' Rules are maintained in the Office of the Board of Regents.
