Áù¾ÅÉ«Ìà Regulations
Áù¾ÅÉ«Ìà Regulations
Áù¾ÅÉ«Ìà Regulations (Áù¾ÅÉ«Ìà System Regulations) establish systemwide
requirements that support governance, operational efficiency and consistent administration
across the organization in alignment with the Board of Regents’ Rules, state and federal
statutes, and direction from the chancellor. These regulations provide the directives,
procedures, interpretations and reporting requirements necessary to ensure uniform
application and compliance, while also promoting best practices and addressing matters
not specifically covered by the Regents’ Rules or institutional policy.
Additionally, Áù¾ÅÉ«Ìà System Regulations ensure consistent adherence to fiscal, academic,
research, employment and other standards required by federal or state law or external
regulatory authorities. Each Áù¾ÅÉ«Ìà System Regulation is assigned to a functional area
and corresponding administrative office within Áù¾ÅÉ«Ìà System Administration and is reviewed
periodically.
