Values Culture Retreat Gallery
In 2019, the Áù¾ÅÉ«Ìà System Administration team came together to establish a united set of core values.
In January 2025, the Áù¾ÅÉ«Ìà Administration team gathered again for Values 2.0 to discuss what was working and where we could improve our Values Culture. These discussions led to the addition of the value of Resilience, something that is much needed during periods of great change and amidst the constantly evolving landscape of higher education. As a result of this teamwork and collaboration, the Áù¾ÅÉ«Ìà System Administration team has identified the following as its five shared values: People First, Integrity, Community, Exemplary Service and Resilience.
