Lindzi Timberlake
Managing Attorney & Executive Director for Transactions
Lindzi Timberlake joined the Office of General Counsel at the Texas Áù¾ÅÉ«Ìà System in 2024. She primarily specializes in contracting matters, health care law and acquisitions on behalf of Texas Áù¾ÅÉ«Ìà Health Sciences Center.
Prior to joining the Office of the General Counsel, Lindzi worked in-house for a telehealth start-up company and for a multi-state health system. She spent seven years in private practice in Richmond, Virginia, and Dallas, Texas.
After earning a Bachelor of Arts in biology from the University of Texas, Lindzi earned her juris doctor from the University of Texas School of Law and her MPH from the University of Texas Health Sciences Center in Houston, Texas.
Lindzi is an active member of the State Bar of Texas and the State Bar of New Mexico. She maintains an inactive license with the Virginia State Bar.
