Áù¾ÅÉ«Ìà Entrepreneurs Celebrate Wins at Catalyst Invent 2025
Congratulations to Áù¾ÅÉ«Ìà alumni and current students in the 2025 Invent Awards.
The QUBIS+ team was proud to attend the always inspiring Catalyst Invent awards to celebrate Queen’s students and alumni who have been supported by and InQUBate initiatives on their start-up journeys.
These outstanding entrepreneurs showcased their creativity, innovation and entrepreneurial spirit with great success.
Twelve finalists also had one minute each at the awards night to pitch for a £1,000 prize sponsored by HM Chartered Accountants with winning the audience vote with their smart wristband that alerts workers in real time as they approach harmful vibration exposure limits.
The top Student Invent winner was – a tech driven platform connecting small/medium sized businesses with content creators for accessible, affordable and data driven influencer marketing campaigns.
A huge congratulations to the five QUest teams who took home awards on the night:
- won both Best Elevator Pitch and the Future Business Category
- Clothing was named Inclusive Innovation Winner
- won the Creative Leisure category
- claimed the Student Category
- was awarded Runner-up in the Student Category
Congratulations also to Corrina Grimes, 2013 Queen’s Alumna, who took home the overall £25,000 prize with Memory Tell, a digital biomarker platform that uses speech and language analysis to detect and monitor cognitive changes — including conditions such as dementia.
