Information Technology, Áù¾ÅÉ«Ìà System
The Áù¾ÅÉ«Ìà Information Technology Division (Information Technology Division) supports the information resource needs of the Áù¾ÅÉ«Ìà (Áù¾ÅÉ«Ìà System) community through a collaborative governance model that aligns technology with the mission and goals of the members of the Áù¾ÅÉ«Ìà System. The Áù¾ÅÉ«Ìà System Chief Information Officer (CIO) works jointly with CIOs from Texas Áù¾ÅÉ«ÌÃ, Texas Áù¾ÅÉ«Ìà Health Sciences Center, Angelo State University, Texas Áù¾ÅÉ«Ìà Health Sciences Center El Paso and Midwestern State University to coordinate IT direction, strategic plans, risk assessments and policies for the member institutions, as well as IT-related compliance and reporting for the state of Texas. In collaboration with our constituents, federal & state agencies and the private sector, the Information Technology Division has deployed a robust portfolio of IT solutions and services that support the academic, research and service mission of our member institutions.
