Áù¾ÅÉ«Ìà staff recognised in New Year Honours List 2024
The has been published, marking the achievements and service of extraordinary people across the UK, including members of staff at Áù¾ÅÉ«ÌÃ.
The following colleagues have been recognised in the 2024 New Year Honours:
- Professor Janice Carruthers, Professor of French Linguistics, School of Arts, English and Languages, was named Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) for services to Modern Languages.
- Margaret Sterling, Teaching Associate in the School of Medicine, Dentistry and Biomedical Sciences, was named a Medallist of the Order of the British Empire (BEM) for services to Higher Education in Northern Ireland.
- In addition, David Crozier, lately Head of Strategic Partnerships and Engagement, was named Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) for services to the Economy.
