I lead the James Lind Alliance priority setting partnership for cystic fibrosis:

We have recently updated this work:
Thorax. 2023;78:840-3.
We engaged with over 1600 patients and clinicians in 23 countries to jointly agree research priorities. This has led to £23 million of research funding for these priority questions in the UK alone.
Research students
I have recently moved from the University of Nottingham and still have 5 PhD students there.
Alumni: Where are they now
Four of my PhD students became consultant colleagues in Nottingham (one an associate professor). Others have taken up academic positions in Leicester and Toronto.
