Dr Alice Panepinto

School of Law

My work focuses on doctrinal and applied challenges in Public International Law and Human Rights, as well as International Humanitarian Law (especially the law of occupation) and aspects of International Criminal Law. I am particularly interested in how the international legal framework exists in the Middle East, and adopt a law-in-context approach. I am also interested in property and land law from a human rights and international law angle.
